    Outstanding 2024 Property Taxes, Utilities & Homeowner Grants

    December 12, 2024

    Any outstanding balance owing on 2024 property taxes and utilities have been transferred to arrears taxes as of December 31, 2024 and are now accruing daily interest. The Municipal Hall office is open for regular business hours. Payment options include:
      • In-person at the Municipal Hall by cash, debit or cheque
      • Online banking
      • Telephone banking
      • At your banking institution
      • Credit Card through the Citizen Services Cloud
      • Cheque by mail *Payments are processed on the date received, not the post marked date. The District accepts no responsibility for late payments or penalties resulting from delays in payment.

    Homeowner Grants
    Eligible homeowners should have claimed their 2024 Homeowner Grant on or before July 2, 2024. A penalty has now been applied to the unclaimed grant portion of outstanding property taxes. The LAST DAY to claim the homeowner grant for the 2024 year is December 31, 2025. Eligible homeowners must claim the grant every year!
