The Province of British Columbia is now delivering the Homeowner Grant program. BC municipalities are no longer accepting Homeowner Grant applications. All eligible home owners are now required to claim their grant directly with the Province. This can be done online or over the phone at 1-888-355-2700. The grant must be claimed on or before July 4 in order to avoid a penalty on the Homeowner Grant portion of your current year taxes.
