Permissive Tax Exemption
Each year, Mayor and Council carefully consider providing tax exemptions to assist non-profit organizations that operate within the District, and provide valuable social and community services. Organizations who wish to be considered for funding, must submit a Permissive Exemption from Taxation form by August 31 for consideration for the following tax year.
