      Quarterly Billing Dates for Utilities (Water, Sewer, Garbage & Recycling)

      Billing Time Period
      1st Quarter January, February & March - billed in April
      2nd Quarter April, May & June - billed in July
      3rd Quarter July, August & September - billed in October
      4th Quarter October, November & December - billed in January
      *Any utility amounts outstanding as of December 31st, are transferred to property taxes in arrears and accrue daily interest.
