BC Assessment has now released 2025 assessments. Property owners should soon receive their assessment notice in the mail. 2025 assessments are also available online through BC Assessment via the search function

Increases in assessed value do not necessarily result in a tax increase. Regardless of whether assessment values rise or fall, the District doesn’t receive more money when assessments increase.
