Transgender Day of Visibility
March 31
Transgender Day of Visibility is observed annually on March 31st to celebrate the achievements, resilience, and contributions of transgender and nonbinary people worldwide.
Founded in 2009 by activist Rachel Crandall-Crocker, this day also serves as a call to action to combat discrimination and raise awareness for the community.
Join the Tri-Port Pride society at the District of Port Hardy Municipal Hall at 11:30 am for a flag raising ceremony.Â
