    RFP 1220-20-620-2026 District of Port Hardy Utilities SCADA Upgrade and Support

    The District of Port Hardy is seeking proposals to undertake the assessment, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the District’s System Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for the water and wastewater treatment facilities, including upgrading the existing Rockwell iFix platform to VTScada and providing ongoing technical support following the upgrade for a term of two (2) to five (5) years.

    Proposals will be received by the District until: April 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (new deadline)

    Proponents should submit one (1) original hard copy of their proposal to:
