Seagate Pier East Face Repairs are Now In-Progress

Attention Seagate Pier Patrons

Repairs to the east face of the Seagate Pier, located at 8500 Granville Street commenced February 19, 2020 and are anticipated to continue for 4 to 6 weeks. During construction, access to the east end of the pier will be limited. Commercial Fishing Infrastructure

Fisherman’s Wharf:

  • Men’s and women’s washrooms available between 8 am – 4 pm
  • 20 and 30 amp service available on floats
  • Domestic water available on every finger
  • Crane is located on pier
  • New loading and unloading floats
  • Camera surveillance on all fingers and parking area
  • Boat ways
  • Pump out station
  • Controlled parking areas, short-term and long-term

Seine Floats:

  • Pump-out station
  • Men’s and women’s washrooms
  • Loading and unloading zone
  • Domestic water available on every finger
  • 20 and 30 amp service available on fingers
  • Controlled parking areas, short-term and long-term
  • Drive-on float

T-Floats:

  • Moorage only between June and September
  • No power or water

Seagate Pier:

  • Designated offloading site
  • Moorage at pier for larger vessels
  • 60 and 120 amp service
  • Domestic water available
