Or maybe your neighbourhood has a new outdoor swimming pool thanks to a blocked storm drain. Whatever the problem, submitting a service request with the District has never been easier! Quick and convenient, Q-Alert is an online reporting tool residents can use to let the District know when a municipal service is in need of attention. How? It’s simple:

- Notice issue
- Scan QR Code (or visit porthardy.ca
- Fill in key details about the issue/concern
- Drop a pin for accuracy
- Upload a photo context
- Click ‘create request’
We take it from there, it’s that easy! No need to wait until office hours the next day to call to report a concern. Plus, Q-Alert will keep you informed on the status of your request and notified as soon as it has been completed.
