The Mount Waddington Regional Fall Fair is happening September 6–7, 2025, at the Chilton Regional Arena in Port McNeill!
2025 Theme: North Island Strong and Free
This year’s theme—“North Island Strong and Free”—celebrates patriotism, regional pride, and the strength of our home-grown talents and tightly-knit communities. It’s about being proud of where we live and the values that unite us.
🛍️ Booth Rentals & Planning
While September might feel far off, it’s never too early to:
- Start creating your handmade or home-grown items,
- Plan your booth setup (decorating should be easy this year!).
Booth rental forms are available here: BOOTHRTL 2025, and the rates remain unchanged from last year.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cheque (by mail)
- E-transfer (to the email the fair notice was sent from)
- Cash (arranged in person)
- For questions, or if you require special mobility accommodations, please contact the Fleetons at 250-956-0452.
