An application has been made by the Airport Inn 0729408 BC LTD to rezone 4030 Byng Road to C-5 Tourist Commercial to accommodate the addition of a RV Park.
As per section 466 (1) of the Local Government Act, the District of Port Hardy hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday April 3, 2019 at 1:00pm and 6:00pm in the Council Chambers located at 7360 Columbia Street, Port Hardy, BC to seek public input on the following:
Anyone who believes that proposed District of Port Hardy Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 1094-2019 will affect their interests shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in person, by a representative or by written submission at the Public Hearing at the above-noted time and place. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing, written comments may be mailed, facsimiled, emailed or hand-delivered to the District of Port Hardy by 3:00 pm, Wednesday April 3, 2019 legally, the District cannot consider any representations or submissions made after the close of the Public Hearing.
